Okay it didn't take me long to ask for some help, so here goes. Can
anyone suggest things to cause the throttle to remain open during gear
shifts. I have to pause for a second or so during shifts to let the
revs drop enough to change up a gear smoothly. Could this be the
deceleration fuel shut off valve? If so how do I test it's
functionality?
