Re: Nokia or Nokian?
Nokia was originally the parent company, which has in recent years been
split into a number of other companies:
Nokian Tyres
Nokia (phones/telecoomunications)
Nokian Jalkineet (boots etc)
NK Cable (Nokia Cable)
etc.
Nokian is possessive form of Nokia in the local tongue...
The companies want different identities, and thus the name changes.

Michelin XM+S 330 (on quattro - Nokian doesn't make 17" tires...)
