200q glass questions...

The windshield guy came to my house Saturday morning to install the
replacement windshield in my '89 200q and discovered that my glass appeared
to be tinted bronze, not green like the replacement he had with him.  To my
surprise, he said "Would you like us to order a windshield and trim from the
dealer so everything matches and try again next weekend?" instead of trying
to convince me to let him install what he had.

So far, so good ... this afternoon, however, I got a call from the glass
company telling me that they checked with the dealer and were informed that
OEM Audi glass is either green/green tint or green/blue tint.  She was going
to check into this further and I figured I'd better do likewise ... any one
have any input on this?  It doesn't really look "bronze" to me but it
certainly isn't green!
