Blaupunkt head unit push-button switches?

Here's something that I'm sure has happened to just about everyone with
the stock sound system...

My 10-speaker system with the stock Blaupunkt head unit has had 3 bad
presets for months now.  Last night, it got a fourth one.  The preset
buttons in each case pushed in, but did not pop back out.  This makes the
stereo jump stations occasionally over bumps, as you only need to
_brush_ the switches very lightly to make them activate.

I got sick and tired of it and removed the headunit and took off the face
plate.  The switches are individual, tiny, sealed units.  

Anybody know if or where I can get these switches?
