K&N fuel filters
I read about these today, some of the advert-speak/techspec follows -
'Designed to maximize fuel flow to 1 litre per second and filter particles as
small as 10 microns. This is done by working through 1.375in diameter pleated
discs, which provide 6.02 sq.in of filtering surface. The billet filter is
just two inches in diameter and machined from a 6061-T6 billet. Each filter is
just 4.25 inches long and comes with a choice of fittings. Interchangeable
threaded end caps are sealed with rubber O-rings capable of withstanding
6000psi of pressure. Like all K&N air filters the fuel filter is washable and
reusable. K&N confidently predict that this is the last fuel filter you will
ever buy. They are universal to almost any car.'
Looks pretty too, judging from the picture. Costs 72GBP.
No recommendation, no affiliation etc etc
