Advice on 20valve

I have had a bit of bad luck recently as my car was parked at an airport
and was totaled by a salt truck.  I have located a 1991 Audi 90 20Valve
Quattro with 35K miles (actual miles I can hardly believe it but it is
true), winter kit and the quattro cloth interior.  I can find nothing
wrong with the car.  The timing belt was replaced 3000 miles ago too.
The dealer wants $13,500 due to the low mileage.  I have checked the
Blue book and the average retail is $13,800 to 14,000 something.  Should
I go for it or not???  Interested in the lists opinions.
