Bob, the armrest is easy.  You need a hex key/wrench about 5 mm.  There
are three bolts and they are accessible from underneath.  They don't need
to come all the way as they merely hold tension on a sort of clip inside.
 Loosen them up real good and then gently pull away and up and wiggle a
little (the armrest, silly). It takes a little finnesse, less muscle. 
All the armrest switches are separate components and you should be able
to pop out the seat memory switch very easily.
