RE: 4kq 4000rpm cutout
I'm not sure if it is fitted to your car. However, it is easy to find
out. BTW I'm not aware if this procedure is the same for non-CIS
systems. Remove the banjo bolt holding the line that runs from the fuel
tank to the metering head. The bolt should be hollow with either one or
two openings in the threads. Look inside the bolt to see if there is a
filter and remove it if it's there.
