I would desagree.
The only reason you get vacuum in the intake manifokd is becouse the
throtle is shut. When it is open there is a great drop in vacuum.
The same applies for the turbo intake side. Becouse it is supplied
(with minimal resistance hopefully) with atmospheric pressure there would
probably be not enough vacuum to power the brakes.
