When I lived in New York, I had to use this method to get my 270hp BMW 530i
with its triple webers, headers, 9.5:1 CR, etc. to pass ... I giggled when
the guy placed the probe in the car next to mine while punching my car's VIN
into the computer but it worked until I could move back to Arizona.  Where
there's a will, there's an inhertiance ... or something like that. ;^)
