This may be no help at all, or even a provocation, but I've seen this bolt 
removed by Martin at BR Motorsport using an air-powered hacksaw.  It takes less 
than ten seconds this way.
 
Another way is with a wire saw - this is a piece of wire with carborundum 
powder bonded to it, and a handle each end.   Thread it over the bolt and saw 
away.
