I'm not saying that there's plenty of them here, but I think if you came
to Poland you would find what you are looking for. I also know a used
car lot here in Warsaw that specializes in selling duty-free cars to
people from the former USSR (they have big banner "Mashiny bez
poshlin"), but what I usually see on their lot is Scorpios.
Tell me if you'd like me to research a little more.
