Again, I don't think it would be a problem.  If these are the same parts
they were using in the rest of the world, (USA in particular) then they
were running them everywhere else with unleaded fuel.  On old
farm equipment and American automotive  the only concern I've ever heard
is valve seat wear.  Guides are never an issue.  The fix is to install
stellite valve
seats in the head.  If you find ou it is a problem, pull your head off
and install 
new valve guides which I am willing to bet are the same as yours.  
Contact
someone who can look up original part numbers for your car and any Audi 5
cyl.
 car built for the US.  We've been restricted to unleaded fuel since
before
VW/Audi started bringing us these water cooled  VWs and 5 cyl Audis. 
I don't mean to make light of your concern but I really think that your
concerned about a problem that doesn't exists.

Do the part number check to make sure and then burn whatever you can buy.
