Chips and bits

A friend of mine has a '90 200 turbo and he asked about what chips are
available for it. As I am not sure of whats out there, I'd like to ask
the educated forum here for advice. What's out there? What should he
avoid? He's already heard of Intended Acceleration, but seems to think
they are a bit expensive. What does something like this run? Any other
things to mention to him would be very much appreciated. I realize this
has probably been battered around quite a bit on the list, but sadly I
don't always have the time to go through all the digests, so pardon the
repeated questions, and p-mail me with any thoughts. Many thanks...
