Nokian NRW-H in summer?

My girlfriend is in the process of obtaing a 4000Q, and I'm not sure how to 
tire it for driving here in minnesota.  Of course I would perfer seperate 
summer/winter tires like I have, but cost is a big issue.  I know some 
people use NRW-H's as an all-season tire, and I am curious how it performs 
in the dry.  Anybody have experince with this???  Otherwise, I will 
probably go with Bridgestone RE930's all year round.
