No, it's about the same price because the hardware is identical (or
close to identical).  The difference is in the code - the MAC13 expects
to set the frequency valve duty cycle in 'cruise' mode using lambda
sensor input.  Without a lambda sensor, what does it do?

The MAC12D is (pretty well) identical to the MAC13 in hardware terms,
but provides table-driven frequency valve duty cycles in the 'cruise'
mode.

a) No, I can't.  I've never seen a 200T with a lambda sensor.

b) I bet it was just disconnected and not removed at all.
