1982 non turbo quattro?

Hi gang.

This weekend I am picking up a complete (and in good shape) 1982 
Coupe.  Since I havent done any body work to my 4000 quattro which 
needs a complete front and rear end clips.  Would the 4000 quattro 
floor pan fit the FWD Coupe's body.
The Bently only covers the Ur-q floor measurments.  There is no 
mention of the 4000 quattro floor measurments.
If you compare the Ur-q and the 4000 s floor measurments, they are 
different.  The main difference is the wheel arch to wheel arch 
distance.  I always thought the 4000 quattro had the same floor as 
the Ur-q.  Is that not so?
Can anyone confirm this without me getting under a car with a 
measuring tape.
I know Todd Candey has done it on the 4000 5+5.  
He's off the list for now.
