'91 200q Bilstein update

They're here. Bright yellow, natch. Putting the perches on the rear units gives a distance of right on 7" from the underside of the perch to the center of the lower bushing. Out to the car, same distance on the currently-installed (black, OEM?) rear shocks, perch underside to bushing. This is the relevant parameter as to whether or not the ride height would be altered by the new shocks, yes? And if they match, I'm good to go on a straight swap without needing any threaded collars, yay.

Couple inches of snow tonight, slightly cold so it's more of the crystalline style than gloppy-wet-stuff variety. Will I wake up early to put on the Hakkas? Hmm, not likely. Shouldn't be much of an ice base anyway, roads were clear today before evening.
