Just a couple things come to mind.

	1) Don't EVER trust a used car salesman's opinion about ANYTHING!
	2) There is a "builder" V8 here in NH someplace for under $5k,
where are
	   you located?  Can't find the email but it was on the list.
	3) FWIW - I have never heard of any timing belt lasting 120k but I am
	   sure there is one someplace.
