If so, I'm guessing Audi's sacred torque wrench to be a 1 meter
long rascal (beefy) with a torque scale maximum of some 400 Nm
(295 lb-ft). A force of about 90 lb would be required to run the
pointer to the limit for such a tool. Of course the length can be
anything but I'm surmising that the gravitational pull of the
magic 1.00000 meter number would be too much for a German
tool maker to resist.
