91 V8 Quattro Question (Rear window)

The rubber/metal trim around the outside of my rear window is lose at the
bottom. I can sort of push it in place but it doesn't stay. Is this a case
for a dealer fix or for a glass replacement shop fix? I previously thought
that this was my rear door window leaking but taping the trim in place this
morning reduced the wind noise that I previously had heard so I think this is
the first place to start.

Second question, same car. How do I get the wood trim with the air wents off?
This is on the passengers side and the bulb for the center airwent adjustment
is out.
