Re: 16" A6 wheels. Query.
Fred: I have driven mine with 15s and 16s. The difference is that the 16s
result in crisper steering response, better directional stability (except on
worn out roads with indented tracks) much higher cornering speeds before the
car starts to push and steering feels mushy, a much more 'poised' ride feel
and a slight penalty in ride harshness. To me it would be a no-brainer to
get the 16s. The worst penalty is that it is easy to damage the rims on
curbs, etc with the low profile tires.
