Well, some people have just cut away the black part with a razor
blade....solves that problem!  I replaced mine ('90 200tqw)....the driver's
side is original and fine, the right side was horrible.  Special order part
#445-853-304-B (passenger's side)...about US$72.  It's a cinch to
replace.........SLM
