More 1990 200Q Questions

I'm currently borrowing a 1990 200Q from a local (non-Audi Authorized)
dealer. I have it today and possibly tomorrow. Here are some of the
things I've noticed, and I'd like some comments from anyone who has
them, please.

Car is physically beautiful; Pearl with gray leather. No blemishes
that I can find.
It's got 103k miles on it. 
One owner. Serviced at the same place since day one.
Timing belt was last changed at 75k. All records will be available for
my study.
Sunroof is very sluggish.
Rear/Passenger window doesn't work.
Rear/Driver window gets stuck easilly.
Power mirrors non-functional.
Driver seat heater non-functional.
All gauges and lights appear to work.
Climate controls seems to work, although it was 22 degrees F last
night, so AC is hard to test.
How much turbo boost should I be seeing? I don't think it ever got
above 1.3 o 1.4.
The dealer has agreed to order chip and air filter from TAP, and add
them to the price of the car ($7000, BTW).
Stereo is incredible. It actually seems to have too much bass.
Breaking hard from 60mph on dry road caused ABS to kick in, and break
like to come on. It went off after I stopped breaking.
Diff Lock did not cause ABS-Off light to come on. Hitting the ABS
button did.
I didn't hear the little beep when I locked the door. It has an alarm,
right?

That's about it. They just took the car in trade yesterday (towards a
'93 S4), and let me take it home before they even had it in their
shop. So I expect many of the above items to be addressed. But from
list above, is this car a keeper?
