Re: useless keyhole



Congrats, you have encountered the classic Audi driver's
lock breaking due to a .10 part that should have been better
made (As is the replacement).
Procedure is in the archives, but it's about $20 in
Audi parts and the better part of a Saturday if you want
to DIY.

When I get my CoupeQ next week, I plan on installing an alarm
with remote locks - the less I use the key to open the
doors, the less likely it will be to break.
(that's the plan anyway...)
