Renier,
            I get the same result upon startup every blue-moon (maybe once
a month). I attributed it to worn lifters. I've also seen it once while it
was running.. but that was only because I was in the chase car. I saw my
brother floor my Q, and a puff of blue smoke came out. I knew he floored it
because the car reared up on it's rear (bad struts in back).... 
           I've never noticed it otherwise. Lifters are a legitimate
diagnosis I believe. I know mine are worn.
