Vacuum pump on 4ksQ removal help

Hye all, i knowthat it is a pretty easy thing to take off the vacuum pump 
from a NA 5 cylinder. It is just hte two bolts right?  On the top and 
bottom....will i have to drain any oil from the engine so that i dont 
make a huge mess?  Where is it listed in the bently on what to do with 
the thing?  Whatis the torque that is necessary for the bolts?

Anyway, thanks in advance.  I have my hands on a torque wrench for right 
now, so i want to get it done while i can.
