Aren't they about the same compression. The non-turbo is 8.5:1.
Isn't the MC about 8.2:1 or something? That is wierd. You'd thing they
would be the saem.

Yea, and I dont' tend to shy away from using all my RPM's either.
Exhaust sounds great up above 4k too. Above 5k for that matter. Car is
redlined at 6,500. Why does my Rev-limiter cut in at 6,200 RPM? Do you
know?

Hmmm. problem is, I dont How many miles are on mine. I Know over
30,000 cause I have put that many on it in the one year I've owned the
car. Any way to check the belt to get some idea of how much longer I can
go or if It needs to replaced tomorrow? ;-)

Speaking of engineering, why did they make the clearances so tight
on the dang bracket for the steering where the inner tie-rod ends connect.
ANd why did they put that dang battery where it shouldn't be in my car,
why not under the seat like in your URQ. ANd............. Oops, sorry.
I dont' think I will contemplate that one if I can help it cause I fear I
might come up with answer that they are human and thus related to the
fella's that design Ford products and there REALLY QUIRCKY design
problems. Ever worked on a Ford. The new ones SUCK to work on. Can't
even replace a headlight without special tools on their MINI-VAN. Oops, I
said an Evil word. Sorry. Point is, I know what you mean, dont want to
contemplate it. Might give me a bigger headache than I will already have.

> The valve cover stays on, BTW. The power steering pump might have to come off

OH, thats good. I guess. Mine needs cleaning though.
