The people who sell racing accessories at the Coy's Festival every year have a 
complete range of gizmos designed to cut battery power after a crash.  One of 
those would be a good idea.

Don't use one, though, if one of your drivers is like my mother - who used to 
drive around with the doors locked.  Also, remember such a device will also 
disable electric windows and thus block a potential emergency exit.
