If you mean a commercially available bolt-in cage, the answer is no ...
Safety Devices used to make them a few years ago but discontinued it as a
regular stock item due to lack of demand.  I suppose they could make one on
special order but shipping from the UK would be cost-prohibitive.  Having
one custom-made isn't that difficult or expensive, though ... check out the
photos of the one I had built for my 4k racecar project.

BTW, I assume you're building a PRO-Rally car since the 4kq isn't legal for
any other type of SCCA racing.  It would be nice if they'd let it run in
Improved Touring -- I can guarantee at least 10 cars would appear out of the
woods overnight! -- but they're scared off by the AWD stuff.  Oh, well...
