Well it's nice to know I'm not the only one who wrings
his 5-banger's neck. When I'm driving spiritedly, I
tend to postpone shifting for quite a while.

Makes quite the sound, with only a single Borla to do
the quieting.

I'm thinking about putting an additional Borla in the
system to quiet it down. Or, more likely, a Eurorace
resonator.

Why are the NA 5 cylinders so loud? My friend had a
two chamber flowmaster _only_, not a single thing else,
no cat, on his Coupe GT. It was right on the end, with
a fat tip coming right out of it (it was an '84, so it
could come straight out). Now, that car was loud!

Then there's the guy who bought my '85 C-GT, and got to
enjoy the sound of a dynaflow or something for about a
day before he wrecked it. Even in that short a period
of time, he thought it was too loud.

Later!
