'87 CGT clutch hydraulics

Hi all,
I just got word from KC that the clutch pedal on the coupe "falls to the
floor".  I suspect either master or slave cylinder has failed.  What can
I have my brother try to refine this diagnosis?  I'm sure I could drive
the car back to NY w/o the clutch, but if it's not a big deal to replace
the parts, I'd rather.  How big a job am I looking at?
