RE: Ned's Threads

I for one love to read high caliber posts that make it to the list every
so often, and wish they would happen more often.  I appreciate the fact
that Ned and Ron Wood give some of their time to offer helpful advice
and expertise to the list free of charge.  I think many listers should
take this opportunity that we have with these experts on the list and
pick their brains as much as possible =).  While I too have made too
many idiotic posts (more than I care to admit), I'm attempting
(hopefully =) to improve my track record by staying out of the piddly
arguments, even as tempting as it is for me to push in my .02 ;).

<<I had a nice discussion with Ned in WA at IA the other evening.
In conversation, Ned mentioned that he found the flame wars on the 
list somewhat disagreeable, and might not be posting much in the near 
future. I for one APPRECIATE posts with a high signal to noise ratio.
If YOU liked Ned's posts, please say so, cause I think Ned's still
reading, and a little encouragement could go a long way.  We don't
need to be chasing off our greatest assets the way we did Peter
Wales of superchips.  Enough said already.>>
