     A buddy of mine works for the Dade County (FL) sheriff's department.  He
says they have "lojack" receivers in the choppers they use.  They have to turn
them off completely when they fly over the harbor because there are so many
stolen cars in the container ships that the transmitters overwhelm the
receiver.
     Found that interesting.
