I imagine that if you understood the operating principles of the CIS, you
could make power with it. Its a simple matter of delivering the right
amount of fuel to the engine at the given load point. You can do it with
CIS, maybe even inexpensively, but I don't know how. I _do_ know how with
EFI, so that's what I used. There are a couple other inherent advantages
to EFI but your basic premise is correct.
