You realise the codes are volatile on your engine?  You have to pull the code 
before switching off the ignition to try to restart the engine.

Is it stalling for richness - i.e., does the exhaust start to smell of over-
rich mixture before it dies?  Tried a start from cold with the connector pulled 
off the warm-up regulator?  How about the current flowing through the ISV?

Beware of the ISV circuit.  If you break it to put an ammeter in, the 
controller will not drive the circuit again until the ignition has been
switched off and on again.  Usual current (DC equivalent of pulsed current)
is 430ma.
