Replacing the CV joint boots & grease is not rebuilding them.  
Rebuilding them includes replacing the ball bearings with larger ones, 
and enlarging the races accordingly.  (as well as inspecting the cage 
and races for defects)

Symptom of bad inner CV joints (quattro : propellor shaft CV joints as 
well) - shaking on acceleration.
