On the 5000, the pins can be unscrewed. The captive nut is held in a
cage
to allow for adjustment. If you don't mind running metal on metal until
you
find a suitable source for pins or decide to wrap them in electrical
tape, you
can adjust the pins in slightly to hold the door tight against its
seal.
