Boost, or lack off Re: Fault code 2113, what is it

Orin,
The accordion boot is OK, checked and replaced it with a spare, same thing...
If i had a "boost" issue, the fault code should show it?..... i do know
that i have a torn "waste gate" diaphragm.... do you know a source where i
could get a replacement?
But, with a torn diaphragm i should get over boost, not under... (i have
not yet connected a gauge to the boost, still using only the dash gauge),
what also is leading me to the "hall sensor" or timing, is the fact that my
gas mileage went all to hell..... 12 in the city 18-20 MPG in the highway,
used to be 16-17 in the city 26-30 in the highway.........
When i reach 1.2-1.3 the boost is cutoff, and i have to ease on throttle to
get it back, not normal...

i don't think it is an air leak issue, checked and fixed every leak....
