I suspected my wastegate for a long time, but this was before I was wrenching 
myself so I asked BR Motorsport to take a look.  They said they found nothing.
 
I've been wondering how the ECU would react to a 'low coolant temperature' 
condition appearing _after_ WOT was sensed.  You know the code much better than
