You do NOT want this problem. It has happened to me once (only the once,
thank the Audi Gods), I was 2 miles into my drive to work one morning,
engine wasn't properly warm so I wasnt using much in the way of throttle. I
pulled away from a junction at about 2000rpm and part throttle - next second
the engine was bouncing off the rev limiter and the fuel pump cut so sharply
that I d*mn near went through the windscreen (and I was wearing my seat
belt) - not pleasant.
