Gas pedals
It would appear that the pedal breaking on the '91 200 20v is also a
"common problem". Mine broke off in a gas station in west London.
Luckily, it's a relatively cheap and easy fix. No, it can't be repaired,
but new it should only cost about $15-$20 from the dealer and snaps in
place in five minutes or less. You can't get just a new tread section, the
whole arm gets replaced.
The spring also comes out relatively easily if you don't want to drive
around with it taped down. Maybe you could drive with bicycle pedal cleats
and they could snap into the spring....
