Poor Man's ECU Fuel Enrichment

I'm trying to discover just what effect the mixture frequency valve has.
Certainly the code steers some pretty extreme values into it at full boost and
WOT. What I need is a portable CO meter that we can attach to the vehicle in
motion. Then we can see what effect the frequency valve has.
