Douglas,

Yes, the Rev Limiter in the MAC11 is the fuel pump shutoff,
which is the same effect when you hit overboost. I normally
hit this in second gear when I am not paying attention. The
factory Tachometer can be off a bit, mine shows ~ 7000 RPM
when  the Rev limit occurs, even though an accurate
tachometer shows this occurring at the factory set limit of
~6700 RPM. Orin can comment on the +/- error of this RPM
measurement by the ECU.
