Federal law prohibits selling used cats (and none of the salvage yards I
frequent will *give* them away, either!) so you will need to focus your
efforts on finding a private party who is parting out a car.  I'm puzzled as
to why you'd want a used one, though, since good if not better quality
replacements are available for $100 or so from any number of places...
