Warm-up regulator (looking for) for 86 Q turbo

Urgent!  Need a warm up regulator (used, LOW COST), for a 5K 86 turbo Q,
must read (at the 12volt plug) a resistance of 30 Ohm +/- 6% , WITHOUT
vacuum line attachment, (as some of the 85's have).
