STOLEN (help? min-audi)

Unhappy New Year on this side, 
Witness the death of a dream.  SO allowed purchase of one of the top
ten most wanted autos from my list (CQ), but with this purchase came
a cost that was equal in magnitude.
Some deviants decided that they would flatbed out the old Ford wagons
that are (were) in an eventual restoration que.

Can any of you offer suggestions on how to infiltrate newsgroups /
parts houses / etc online that may help in my getting the word out? 
Hoping some of you have connections to sources other than VAG info.

For the record:
1950 Ford Country Squire Wagon ("Woodie")
-Dk Blue
-Mega Rust
-No wood
-No engine
-Small likelihood of restoration (unless funding was no object)

1950 Ford Country Squire Wagon (same model as above)
-Grey
-Less rust
-orig fh V8
-some rotting wood parts

Basically both of these cars are in lousy condition, were non-running
and sitting around w/o apparent thought for them.  Unfortunately some
people see this as an excuse to take things that aren't theirs.

The typical agencies have been contacted, I am looking for (a)
atypical agencies (b) BTDT ideas and (c) minimal solace.  

And for those of you (me included) that were upset when some b!@#$%ds
probed your door handles off, be glad that the rest of the car is
still there.
