WTB:4kq snows

I am again looking for winter wheels and tires for a 85 4kq.  Will purchase 
seperately or together.

Wheels: 14" must be less than $50 ea, as I can get new ones for that 
(secret source).  Can be poor cosmetics if price is low enough

Tires:  new or used with at least 9mm of (even) tread depth.  Not intrested     
        in blizzaks.  Prefer Nokian Hakka 1's.  Can buy new for apx $65/ea,     
        so must be less than that.

I realize those are fairly low prices, but hey, if it's not significantly 
less than new, why buy used?
