Can't give you the dimensions, but perhaps the bearing numbers might be
useful?

Front Diff Carrier: 
Left-506723
Right-512447

Rear Diff Carrier:
Left-dunno, anyone?
Right-506723

Those trade numbers are good for any 016 trans through '91.
