I have done a rebuild of the rear caliper, fixing the sticking problem.
It required pulling off the rear access hole, and a bolt broke in the
process, but it was cheaper than a new caliper.

There is one other area to look at. This time of year with thawing road
snow, lots of water is splashed around under the car and can get
tinto the ebrake cable, especially from the caliper end, if the boot
rots off. Then you ice, then rust, then shreds. I say do them both
at the same time and get all the gremlins.
